Expert in Debian and Red Hat Linux integration and utilization for firewall, samba/nethood, print, and intranet services.

Technical Support Manager (i.e. Corporation 1997-2000): Lead technical support agent and department manager for a licensed The Medical Manager software distributor and support office. Expert in SCO Unix installation and troubleshooting, electronic medical claims submissions, and CA MLink communications software scripting. Experienced in Data Merge Language (DML) programming for The Medical Manager, electronic medical claims submissions to public and private carriers, and standard medical billing practices.
